My Future Career: Why I Choose To Be A Doctor

In this essay I will share my career plans and describe how I came to be a doctor. My mother encouraged me from a young age to be a doctor. It was her dream. This dream became more than just the dream of my mom. Since then, medicine is my sole passion. I can’t imagine doing anything else.

Anything that has to do with medicine is a passion of mine. My fascination with the human anatomy and its functions drives my curiosity to learn more. It is a privilege to be able to help people and understand the causes of illness. I am able to directly help people and see their smiles every day because this profession is well-respected. You will also find me widely useful on the job-market. My career will be stable, more secure, and socially accepted.

A person can only do so much when they are studying medicine. I feel I have the abilities and skills to succeed in school and become a doctor. My high school education was academically successful. I received the highest grade in my school. My grades in Biology and Chemistry are the most important subjects of medicine. Every doctor must have communication and leadership skills. In my last year, I was both the representative of the class and project leader. Because I’m a good listener, my friends love to talk about their problems with me. They always get my advice on how to overcome their problems. I’m also very compassionate and dedicated to helping others. I was also involved in numerous awareness campaigns. These included helping elderly people avoid the deadly disease of diabetes. This included raising awareness about the dangers of traditional medicines. I’m flexible and adaptable in my daily life. When I have the time, I enjoy playing football. I am a regular runner and a gym goer. I’m conscious of how to keep my body fit and healthy. It is important to me that I spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy watching movies and series. My Favorite genre is horror. I was able to get 7 IELTS points after completing a seven-month English course at Cambridge. I chose the United Kingdom because of its outstanding medicine course. It’s also rich in culture and is open to all religions and nationalities. International students are also welcome to study at the university.

I plan to graduate high school with excellent grades. I plan to become a highly respected and successful doctor after graduating. My dream is to open my own practice.
